PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Spitball is looking for a versatile freelance production designer who can work across media to build out ideas into final assets.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team for diverse design needs
Design final assets to spec across a variety of project types, including digital ads, print ads, video, and more
Be flexible to jump in and make revisions to anything from logos to layouts to storyboarding to web designs
Photo searching, editing and retouching based on the needs of the project
Finalize production-ready files across all media types
Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Knowledge of Adobe XD, Premiere and InDesign
Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Fellow lover of great design and practice
Familiar with digital and social media best practices and specifications
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and video production is a plus
Organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
We have a hybrid work environment where most of the team is in the office Tuesday-Thursday and WFH Monday and Friday. This freelance position can be remote or in-office.
