About The Role
We're looking for a
Junior Copywriter
to help bring the Grüns brand to life across email, SMS, site, paid, and social. This role is ideal for someone early in their copy career who loves words, has a sharp sense of humor, and gets excited seeing their work go live. You'll support day‑to‑day copy needs across multiple channels, working closely with our senior copywriter, designers, and brand team. From inbox moments to micro site updates, your work will help ensure everything we put out sounds unmistakably like Grüns.
Responsibilities
Write emails people actually open and read and hopefully giggle at.
Write SMS messages that won't make someone immediately unsub.
Write paid ads that make people stop scrolling.
Assist our Senior Copywriter on big brand campaign language and bring ideas and a fresh POV.
Help write social copy across formats: captions, threads, tweets, random responses to comments, all in our brand tone and bringing a fresh POV, not just copying other brands.
Refresh site copy and make it engaging: PDPs, homepages, banners, promos, the works.
Adapt campaign messaging across channels without it feeling like command‑C, command‑V.
Proofread.
Qualifications
Has 1–2 years of copywriting experience. Internships count.
Has a great sense of humor and quippy TOV.
Is chronically online and, if asked about their screen time, is kind of ashamed.
Gets deep on brand voice and understands the tone nuances between our different products.
Is genuinely interested in wellness, supplements, and health, and is able to adjust copy to be legally compliant without losing personality.
Understands this is a human‑first brand, and treats AI accordingly: a useful tool that shouldn't be doing your work (or writing your Grüns job application) for you.
Is organized enough to juggle projects and a whole lot going on.
Has crazy attention to detail. That being said, please include the word "Chad" in your "why you want to work for Grüns" answer.
Approach to the Role
You're a human, and you write like one.
Understands how to take big campaign ideas and make them show up across touchpoints – no matter how small.
You push boundaries and take risks with a willingness to learn what worked and what didn't.
You know what's trending without writing copy that sounds like it was scraped from TikTok or a brand trying to sound hip.
You take feedback well and apply it fast.
You're excited to make even the smallest asset into something that'll make people smile.
Compensation & Benefits
For this role, the base salary range is
$70,000-$80,000
depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well‑being and growth of our team. We offer generous PTO, free Grüns subscriptions, and additional health and well‑being perks.
