Primary Skills Must Have
React Frontend Support Debugging
Strong handson experience with Reactjs functional components hooks
Ability to debug UI issues state management rendering issues API binding failures
Experience with
Component lifecycle and performance optimization
State management Redux Context API
Handling asynchronous data flows and API integration
Nodejs BackendAPI Support
Strong experience with Nodejs Expressjs preferred
Ability to debug and support REST APIs and backend services
Understanding of
Middleware routing and requestresponse lifecycle
Error handling logging and performance bottlenecks
API authentication mechanisms JWT OAuth basics
CSS UI Styling
Strong proficiency in CSS3 responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility
Experience with
UI debugging layout issues responsiveness styling conflicts
CSS frameworks Bootstrap Material UI Tailwind any exposure
Improving UIUX consistency across devices
Key Responsibilities
L2L3 Application Support
Provide incident resolution and production support for React Nodejs applications
Analyze and troubleshoot issues across
UI layer React components rendering issues
API layer Nodejs services
Integration layer API failures data inconsistencies
Ensure SLA adherence for incident resolution and service requests
Debugging Root Cause Analysis
Perform deepdive debugging using browser dev tools logs and monitoring tools
Identify root causes of recurring issues and provide permanent fixes
Analyze API failures latency issues and UI performance bottlenecks
Enhancements Bug Fixes
Implement minor enhancements and bug fixes in React components and Nodejs services
Optimize frontend performance lazy loading code splitting rendering efficiency
Improve API performance and reliability
Cloud Environment Support
Support applications deployed on hyperscalers AzureGCPAWS
Work with
Logs and monitoring tools Cloud Logging App Insights etc
CICD pipelines GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Jenkins
Assist in deployments hotfix releases and environment configuration
Monitoring Reliability
Monitor application health and proactively identify potential issues
Support ing systems and dashboards for application performance
Participate in oncall rotations for critical incidents
Collaboration Documentation
Work with development QA and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
Maintain runbooks knowledge base articles and RCA documents
Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
