Summary
The Ad Sales Marketing Manager will join the Brand Partnerships team to craft strategic narratives, sales materials, and go-to-market programs that drive advertiser engagement and revenue. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and commercial execution to support the sales organization and translate audience insights, first-party data, and platform capabilities into compelling partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a clear, differentiated market narrative for the brand across sales, marketing, and external communications
Translate capabilities, audience insights, and advertising ecosystem trends into concise messaging and sales materials
Build compelling presentations, custom partnership decks, case studies, and go-to-market collateral
Serve as a strategic partner to the Brand Partnerships sales team throughout the pre-sales process
Analyze partnership programs and recommend new packaging, sponsorships, and upsell opportunities
Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Social, Video, Commerce, Product, and Events teams to surface advertiser opportunities
Help define and execute a social media strategy focused on credibility, insights, and engagement
Requirements
3 years minimum experience in sales marketing, integrated marketing, commercial strategy, sales enablement, media partnerships, or ad tech
Proven ability to influence revenue growth through positioning, storytelling, and sales support
Exceptional presentation and deck-building skills; proficiency with Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
Experience working closely with sales and client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a lean organization with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, media, or enthusiast-driven brands is highly preferred
