SALARY:
$21.85 - $25.00+ per hour, the posted salary range representsthe minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’sfull compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range.The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will beset based on a variety of factors, including but not limited toskill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities

Primary contact for students, staff & faculty related tothe management and administration of the various tracks andelectives at RVUCOM.
Assist the course directors as needed in the coordination andmanagement of all tracks and electives offered at RVUCOM.
Coordinate and manage all track events and collaborate onbehalf of the Tracks & Special Programs Department in allcampus events which include a segment for tracks and electives eachsemester, i.e. student orientation, enrollment expos, Track Week,Second Look Day, Return Student Q&A, or other such events.
Assist the Department Chair of Tracks and Special Programs inall department administration and activities.
Regularly interface with RVUCOM students enrolled in tracks orelectives and provide information and relevant guidance.
Maintain the schedule, room reservations and coordination ofspeakers/presenters as directed by the track and electivesdirectors each semester at RVUCOM
Work collectively with the cross-campus Tracks and SpecialPrograms Coordinator on the maintenance of TSP Operations Manualsfor consistency and efficiency of administrative practices acrossall areas of the department.
Work collaboratively with the cross-campus Tracks and SpecialPrograms Coordinator with form development and processes.
Collaborate and Coordinate all processes and procedures for themanagement of Global Medical Outreach trips and other Internationaltravel.
Create and maintain accurate department advertising asnecessary in coordination with the Cross-campus Tracks and SpecialPrograms Coordinator.
Answer emails, phones, route calls and schedule appointments asnecessary.
Assist in arranging travel and lodging logistics.
Communicate with community and national resources on behalf ofthe RVUCOM Tracks and Electives to create relationships which willenhance the learning experiences of the students in thesecourses.
Create and maintain the semester course schedule/calendars forall the tracks and electives at RVUCOM.
Create and maintain rosters for each track and elective courseat RVUCOM.
Order all supplies for the department and the individual tracksand electives as needed.
Provide cross-coverage for the other Tracks and SpecialPrograms Coordinator as needed.
Assist Track and Elective Directors with posting course contentas needed.
Work cooperatively with other RVUCOM departments.
Schedule, attend, and take minutes for assigned meetings.
Assist in the training of any future Coordinators orAdministrative Assistant Staff.
Other duties as assigned by the Chair of Tracks and SpecialPrograms.

Qualifications

Assist administration, faculty, and staff in special projectsas needed and as time permits.
