Position: Marketing Assistant for Physical Therapy Clinic
We are looking for a self‑motivated, organized individual with a love for marketing and a passion for connecting people with life‑changing services. You should be able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
Write weekly email and blog content for our in‑house list.
Create weekly video content with the Physical Therapy team and repurpose for email, blog, and social media.
Produce basic graphic designs via Canva for social media posts, flyers, emails, and blog images/infographics.
Provide weekly marketing reports to the clinic owner detailing leads generated, source, cost per lead, sales closed, conversion percentages, and ROI.
Assist in creating, updating, and managing campaigns in the company’s CRM.
Maintain social media sites and Google My Business listing.
Manage inbound lead processing—cleaning, tracking, and following up on all leads.
Collaborate with the SEO/Google Ads/Facebook Ads agency to improve rankings and ad performance.
Administer the referral rewards program.
Coordinate website updates with the web designer to optimize lead generation.
Support in‑clinic and virtual workshops, health fairs, networking, and community events.
Create and update sales collateral such as Shock‑And‑Awe materials.
Skills Required
Deep understanding of the target market, USP, services, and products.
Proficient in direct response marketing and writing effective marketing copy.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to produce ROI reports for marketing initiatives.
Advanced skills with Word, Excel, Canva (or other graphic design program), and CRM systems.
Experience with organic social media marketing.
Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools.
Track record of meeting targets in a business environment.
Compensation
Competitive pay, $15‑20/hour (based on experience and skill level), with some benefits. Opportunity for increased pay with career advancement.
Hours & Location
Ideally 20‑40 hours per week; open to candidates seeking 20+ hours. Location: Delafield, WI with remote/work‑from‑home opportunities.
