The Role
We’re searching for a

Senior Content Producer (Head of Production / Strategist)

to

build and run Taily’s in-house media engine . This is not just a camera job — it’s about

leading production strategy, telling compelling stories, and ensuring Taily is everywhere with high-quality content .

You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager to turn brand strategy into daily content — from viral TikToks to polished YouTube documentaries to event recaps that bring our community to life.

What You’ll Do

Own the content engine:

Plan, manage, and execute weekly content production across short-form, long-form, and event coverage.

Direct shoots:

Lead on‑set production for everything from quick social clips to long‑form features.

Shape the story:

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop content calendars and storylines.

Manage workflows:

Oversee editing pipelines, ensuring fast turnaround from raw footage → polished, publish‑ready content.

Maintain quality:

Guarantee that everything produced feels cohesive, on‑brand, and engaging for pet parents.

Experiment & scale: Test new formats, optimize workflows, and push creative boundaries.

Who You Are

A

natural storyteller

with a passion for pets, lifestyle, and community‑driven content.

Experienced in

content production across multiple formats

(short‑form, long‑form, event recap, BTS).

Strong understanding of

social‑first content trends

(TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Skilled at directing shoots and managing small creative teams or freelancers.

Highly organized with the ability to run production schedules and deadlines like clockwork.

Hands‑on — comfortable picking up a camera, directing talent, or editing if needed.

Hungry, resourceful, and excited to

build a content machine from the ground up .

Qualifications

4+ years in content production, videography, or digital media.

Portfolio that shows strong

storytelling, social‑first video, and campaign execution .

Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).

Experience leading shoots (with talent, pets, or events) a strong plus.

Ability to thrive in a

fast‑paced, startup environment .
