About Us
We're a real, unfiltered podcast hosted by a certified personal trainer/coach and a Bay Area stand-up comedian — two actual tired parents navigating life, laughs, and everything in between. We're growing fast, have 18+ episodes in the vault, and are building something that's genuinely funny, heartfelt, and community-driven. We want someone who gets the culture — parenting content, comedy spaces, and the chaos that lives between both.

The Role
This is a part-time, flexible position perfect for someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram and knows how to make content land. You'll be pulling clips from our podcast episodes and turning them into scroll-stopping posts — with the captions, hashtags, and engagement strategy to back it up.

What You'll Be Doing

Selecting and editing short-form clips from podcast episodes (we have 18+ to work with)

Writing captions and hashtag sets for TikTok and Instagram posts (3–5x/week)

Drafting pinned comments to drive engagement on each post

Engaging on the pages of guests, collaborators, and potential future guests on our behalf

Helping build community presence in the parenting and comedy content space

You're a Great Fit If You...

Are already plugged into the parenting content and/or comedy world on social media

Know the difference between content that goes viral and content that just gets posted

Can match a tone that's equal parts heartfelt and unhinged (in the best way)

Are self-directed, reliable, and can work asynchronously

Have experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content strategy

Bonus Points For

Experience supporting a podcast's social presence

Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar

A genuine love for stand-up comedy, parenting culture, or both

Compensation
Hourly rate (to be discussed based on experience). This role starts part-time with real room to grow as the podcast grows — we're building something and we want the right person growing with us.
