Responsibilities
Deliver sales targets and meet KPI’s through the management of a mixed portfolio of new business and existing clients.
Proactively drive revenue from previously unknown or under leveraged sources.
Source opportunities through research and networking.
Implement strategic account management and key account planning programs.
Prepare written proposals including full costing quotations.
Offer insightful and strategic solutions to business objectives.
Support implementation of marketing programs, new product rollouts and other initiatives.
Develop knowledge of client sectors, business, industry issues and products and solutions.
Qualifications
Strong academic background and 6+ years of work experience in market research.
Relationship builder with a Hunter mindset.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and proactive, motivated “go‑getter” attitude.
Fun, energetic and passionate demeanor in a sales environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $70K–$100K per year (varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience).
Competitive sales incentive program and commission plan rewarding achievement of sales targets.
