Job Overview
As a Content Designer, you will shape product strategy and design content that serves the audience through pertinent information and optimal user experience. Your day‑to‑day activities include researching audiences, guiding content placement, leading content strategy development, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, analyzing feedback, and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Deep conversational AI and agentic flow architecture experience

Strong LLM training, prompt design, and content systems expertise

Information architecture and taxonomy leadership

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in Conversational AI & LLMs, Voice AI, Cross‑brand design systems, Content Designer + Conversational AI hybrid, Leading client initiatives

Advanced proficiency in Product Development

Direct client experience and domain familiarity

HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications

Previous client project experience

AI powered experience with Apple

Specialize in conversational AI design, agentic flow architecture, content systems, and information architecture

Research grounded and systems‑first across full content design lifecycle

Compensation & Location
Hourly Salary Range: $85 to $95 per hour (California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Washington).
