General Purpose
PACS is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Intern to support strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, university partnerships, recruiting operations, and growth projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to a fast-paced healthcare organization and provides direct experience working on initiatives that impact recruiting strategy, business development, operations, and expansion efforts. This internship is ideal for students interested in business, finance, healthcare administration, recruiting, operations, or entrepreneurship who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy owning projects from start to finish.
Essential Duties
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Assist with resume screening and candidate evaluation for Administrator-in-Training (AIT):
Executive Director-in-Training (EDIT) programs
Help source and identify high-potential leadership candidates
Support recruiting workflows and pipeline management initiatives
Assist in outreach and communication efforts with candidates
University Recruiting & Events
Help plan and coordinate university recruiting events, information sessions, and career fairs
Assist with event logistics and recruiting materials
Support campus partnership initiatives and recruiting strategy efforts
Marketing & Content Creation
Curate and develop content ideas for PACS Careers social media channels
Help create presentations, recruiting materials, and executive slide decks
Assist in strengthening employer branding efforts
Business Development & Strategic Projects
Research and source contacts related to potential facility acquisition opportunities
Support outreach efforts and market research initiatives
Assist with ad-hoc strategic and financial projects across the organization
Coordinate travel logistics and administrative planning for recruiting initiatives and events
Support special projects and other business initiatives as needed

Qualification
Education and/or Experience
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Preferred majors: Business, Finance, Healthcare
Administration, Marketing,
Communications, Economics, or related fields
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google
Workspace/Microsoft Office tools
Highly motivated, curious, and willing to take initiative
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds
Ability to travel locally or out of state for recruiting events, university visits, and business meetings as needed
Ability to effectively communicate in person, virtually, and over the phone
Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
