Overview
We are seeking an Aerial Construction Technician to join our team in constructing strand infrastructure and lashing fiber cables. If you have a passion for working outdoors and the skills to excel in aerial fiber construction, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Operate bucket trucks and other machinery necessary for aerial fiber construction.

Set up job sites effectively with strand trailers, fiber trailers, and caddies.

Ensure compliance with utility clearances, including roads, highways, sidewalks, and nonpedestrian areas.

Frame poles according to industry specifications with precision.

Lash and over-lash single and multiple fiber cable bundles.

Read and interpret network prints accurately.

Safely climb poles using gaffs or ladders.

Adhere to OSHA safety standards to perform tasks efficiently.

Maintain communication throughout the workday with team members and supervisors.

Follow directives from crew leaders to ensure project success.

Participate in other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Combination of technical training and relevant experience.

Minimum of 1 year in a related field.

Prior experience in construction is a plus.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Willingness to work nights and weekends when required.

Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Valid driver's license is a must.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Ability to pass drug, background, DOT, and MVR screenings.
