Overview

Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) – Responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation, and delivering human resources solutions that improve employee experiences across the hire-to-retire spectrum.
Responsibilities

Grow Our Business While Growing Yours : Work within a protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top‑down sales strategy.
Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients : Close sales by recommending the right solutions that address clients’ real business needs, and earn referral business through networking with existing and prospective clients.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family : Cross‑sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts, and serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network.
Collaborate Daily : Demonstrate grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

Positive Self‑Starter : Upbeat, persistent style; ability to cold‑call without fear of rejection; excellent time‑management and multi‑tasking skills; clear presentation of ideas in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Strategic Closer : Established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales; proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
Proven Winner : Ambitious spirit that thrives under pressure and motivates to exceed sales quotas.
College degree is great but not required. Alternative experience may include:

Three years of business‑to‑business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results‑driven environment.
Military experience – teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
