NJ/NY Gotham FC (“Gotham FC” or “the Club”) is a National Women’s Soccer League (“NWSL”) team representing New Jersey and New York. The team plays at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, NJ.

The Role
Gotham FC is seeking a Partnership Sales Operations Manager to support and optimize the Club’s Corporate Partnerships revenue function. This role will report to the Vice President of Partnerships and will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the partnerships sales lifecycle from pipeline management and deal tracking to assisting with partnership ideation and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Asset Management

Oversee open partnership asset inventory, including signage, media, digital, hospitality, and experiential assets.

Work with internal teams to ensure accurate allocation, availability, and monetization of assets.

Process Optimization & Sales Enablement

Assist in the creation of tools, templates, and materials when needed to support the Partnerships Sales team (pitch decks, rate cards, proposals).

Partner with leadership to implement best practices for deal flow, approvals, and contract management.

Sales & Revenue Operations

Manage and optimize the partnerships sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects, deals, and revenue projections.

Maintain and improve CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), ensuring data integrity and proper usage across the team.

Assist with partner and league contract review process.

Reporting & Analytics

Produce regular reports on sales performance and partnership revenue.

Track and report on partner deliverables and performance metrics in collaboration with the Partnership Marketing team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as liaison between external sales agency partners and Gotham FC internal teams.

Collaborate with Partnership Marketing to ensure seamless transition from deal closure to activation and fulfillment.

Work with Youth Soccer and Community Impact team on new grassroots opportunities.

Coordinate with Fan Experience, Marketing, Game Day Operations, and Content teams to align on sponsorship visibility and promotional assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or experience in the sports industry.

3–6 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or partnerships (sports/entertainment preferred).

Experience with CRM systems and sports league commercial guidelines (NWSL a plus).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Location
Based at Gotham FC’s business office, 15 Exchange Place, Jersey City, New Jersey, on a hybrid working schedule. The schedule consists of three core in‑office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and two non‑core days (Monday and Friday). Must attend home games and any mandatory events, as well as away games as necessary. Ability to work at the team’s soccer operations office in Whippany, New Jersey, as needed. Associates are required to live within reasonable commuting distance of Gotham FC offices, practice facility, and Sports Illustrated Arena.

Employment Details
Job type: Full‑time, Exempt position.

Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually.
