Production Supervisor

Schedule:

This position works Tuesday – Saturday from 5:30 AM through close.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is $65,000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job‑related factors.

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast‑paced environment

Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people

Updating reports based on the daily productivity of the department

Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policies

Approving weekly department payroll

Required Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish required

2+ years of supervisory experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SCHEDULED DAYS – punctuality is a must
