Strategic Relationship Manager – Alegeus

Own and elevate the onboarding and ongoing operational relationship for top-tier strategic partner(s), delivering a best-in-class administrative and member experience while ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and long-term partner success.
Key Responsibilities

Own the partner relationship end-to-end, leading onboarding through long-term success and acting as the trusted strategic advisor guiding operational excellence and growth.
Run partner operations with precision, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery, proactive issue management, and continual process, control and SOP improvement.
Champion the partner’s voice across the organization, driving alignment with Product, Tech, Compliance and other teams to deliver the right priorities at the right time.
Turn insights into action, analyzing data, trends and feedback to remove friction, elevate experiences and push scalable improvements across the business.
Fuel performance and strategic growth, defining KPIs, delivering executive-ready reporting and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, margins and partner satisfaction.
Enable future expansion, ensuring operational readiness for new initiatives, product enhancements and evolving regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing complex, strategic partner relationships in a SaaS, fintech or healthcare-related environment.
8–10+ years in partner operations, account management, customer success or operational leadership.
BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
Hybrid location – must be in office 25% of the time.

Compensation

Position Compensation Range: $104,300 – $177,800 annually. Base salary may be augmented with bonuses, incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits package.
