RIGUPATL is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help coordinate customer requests, quotations, and project execution. This role acts as the bridge between customers, sales, and operations while ensuring a fast, professional customer experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support

Prepare and send customer quotations

Track and follow up on open quotes

Maintain CRM records and customer data

Prepare proposals and submittals

Support business development activities

Customer Service

Handle inbound customer inquiries

Schedule customer meetings

Follow up with customers after completed jobs

Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly

Operations Coordination

Communicate with dispatch and field teams

Gather project requirements and job information

Verify documentation and insurance requirements

Assist with scheduling coordination

Reporting

Prepare weekly pipeline reports

Track quote conversions

Monitor customer activity

Generate performance metrics

Qualifications

Preferred experience in construction, equipment rental, crane/rigging, industrial services, dispatch operations experience.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Customer service oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
