Lead Generation:

Identify and engage potential leads on UpWork and other platforms
Client Communication:

Respond to inquiries, initiate discussions, and understand client needs
Proposal Development:

Craft tailored proposals and highlight UI/UX service value
Negotiation and Closing:

Manage terms, secure agreements, and finalize contracts
Relationship Management:

Maintain ongoing communication and build client trust
Sales Reporting:

Track activities in CRM, follow up regularly, and analyze lost opportunities
Sales Tools Management:

Optimize UpWork profiles, automated bidding tools, and outreach efforts via LinkedIn and email
Requirements:

At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT sales with a track record of achieving targets
Knowledge and experience in UI/UX design, working with design teams, and/or selling UI/UX services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to engage and persuade potential clients, with strong negotiation skills
Responsibility, independence, diligence, and responsiveness
