What You’ll Do
Manage daily social content for multiple radio brands
Create, schedule, and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, station websites, apps, and other digital platforms
Capture and edit short‑form video from studios, concerts, contests, remotes, giveaways, and community events
Work with Program Directors, on‑air talent, promotions, sales, and digital teams to support station brands and campaigns
Help on‑air talent create better social content, including behind‑the‑scenes moments, listener interaction, and personality‑driven posts
Write captions, contest copy, headlines, and digital content that fit each station’s voice
Track performance and use analytics to grow reach, engagement, and audience connection
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who understands radio, music, pop culture, social trends, short‑form video, and local audiences
Someone who can move quickly, write clearly, manage multiple brands, and make content that feels natural to each platform
Someone who knows the difference between simply posting content and building a brand people want to follow
Helpful Experience
Social media management
Short‑form video creation and editing
Strong writing and captioning
Content calendar management
Basic design sense
Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube, or Adobe tools
Radio, media, entertainment, music, or event experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
Ability to operate computers, smartphones, cameras, and standard office equipment.
Ability to travel locally and attend station events, concerts, remotes, and community appearances as needed.
Ability to lift and carry equipment or promotional materials up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Must have valid Florida Driver’s License.
