Responsibilities
Build and continuously improve a scalable in‑restaurant operating model for catering, pickup, and delivery.
Define workflows, SOPs, and standards for order management, preparation, staging, and handoff.
Identify and implement required tools, equipment, and system capabilities.
Ensure seamless integration of off‑premises fulfillment into restaurant operations.
Evaluate new initiatives and set clear operational guardrails for execution at scale.
Define and manage capacity strategies, including order throttling and demand pacing.
Balance growth with operational constraints to protect restaurant performance.
Monitor execution across locations, driving improvements in speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Partner with Field Operations and Learning & Development to support rollout, training, and adoption.
Serve as the primary operations partner across Catering, Off‑Premises, Technology, and other teams.
Lead testing and pilots to validate operational models before scaling.
Act as the voice of the restaurant, surfacing key insights, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with field teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in multi‑unit or high‑volume environments.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes.
Strong understanding of throughput, labor, and in‑restaurant execution dynamics.
Experience with POS systems, digital ordering platforms, and third‑party delivery integrations.
Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives and field rollouts.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to balance operational realities with business growth objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements
Ability to maintain a stationary position to operate a computer and other office equipment.
Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details.
For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.
Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
