About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Coordinator to work directly with our Founder in a mentorship‑focused, hybrid environment. This role is designed for someone 1‑3 years into their career who wants hands‑on learning, real‑time feedback, and the chance to build foundational skills in social media strategy and client management.

You’ll work 2‑3 days per week in our Founder’s home office in Tysons Corner and 2‑3 days remotely. This isn’t a traditional office set‑up. It’s a focused, intentional environment where you’ll learn the systems behind strategic social media management for luxury event brands and grow alongside an agency building its foundation in the DC area.

What You’ll Do
You’re the operational backbone of the account management team, handling execution and logistics so Account Managers can focus on strategy and creative direction.

Your focus areas

Content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across client accounts

Content support and creation (graphics, Reels, copywriting, image curation)

Client communication and workflow coordination

Project management and admin across tools like Asana, Dropbox, and Canva

What We’re Looking For

1‑3 years of experience in social media, content coordination, or agency support roles

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset

Confident written communicator comfortable with client‑facing work

Experience with design and editing tools (Canva, Reels editing)

Someone who values learning from senior team members and thrives with proximity to leadership

Hybrid Work Details
In‑office (2‑3 days/week):

Work from our Founder’s home office in Tysons Corner for collaboration, real‑time feedback, and hands‑on learning. Days are flexible based on workflow and scheduling needs.

Remote (2‑3 days/week):

Work from home on scheduling, content creation, client communication, and admin.

You need to be within reasonable commuting distance of Tysons Corner. Flexibility is built in, but in‑person time is essential to the role.
