As a Business Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our business, growing our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus is promoting and selling our fiber optic internet, fiber TV, cloud‑based phone systems, cybersecurity, and managed IT services to business customers within your designated network area.
Responsibilities

Generate new leads and foster robust customer relationships.
Prospect and generate leads in the assigned network area.
Present and promote ALLO’s fiber services to potential customers, communicating benefits and features.
Conduct in‑depth needs assessments and tailor solutions to customer requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing the process from initial contact to closing.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies and meet or exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and market conditions to position ALLO services effectively.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on activities and results.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions to represent ALLO and generate leads.
Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3 years of proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience driving business growth in an outside business‑to‑business sales environment.
Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure, fiber internet services, or related technologies is preferred but not required.
