MANTECH seeks motivated, career, and customer-oriented

UX/UI Developer

for a new initiative. This effort supports the rapid design, deployment, operation, and sustainment of enterprise-scale AI, data, and mission platform capabilities across cloud, edge, and classified operational environment.

This role supports human-machine teaming workflows, mission interfaces, dashboards, and operator experience optimization for AI-enabled systems. You will apply user-centered design to ensure intuitive and effective mission interfaces.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead UX/UI design and development efforts for mission interfaces and AI-enabled systems.

Design user-friendly interfaces to support complex human-machine teaming workflows.

Develop mission workflow visualizations, interactive dashboards, and reporting interfaces.

Implement user-centered design (UCD) principles through prototyping, testing, and iteration.

Conduct hands‑on front-end development using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or Django).

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, HCI, or a related field.

3 or more years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.

Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma) and data visualization frameworks.

Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design and development of complex data or enterprise applications.

Proficiency in modern front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one relevant framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing interfaces to support AI explainability and transparency.

Familiarity with Django for full‑stack application development.

Experience with mission-critical systems or secure government environments.

Clearance Requirements:

For onsite work, a TS/SCI clearance withPoly will be required.

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Frequently communicates with co‑workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
