OVERVIEW
The Life Cycle Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting the Regional Life Cycle Manager by driving sales initiatives and managing customer outreach using various tools including phone, email, and approved social media. This position is crucial for identifying optimal targets for installed base (IB) sales and competitive opportunities, thereby facilitating funnel growth across the region.
This is a remote position in the USA.
The selected candidate will be required to live in a supportive location in the Southern region.
Assist Regional Life Cycle Sales Managers in developing and executing innovative inside sales strategies to enhance Canon's presence within competitive accounts; regularly engage in remote outreach campaigns.

Participate in ongoing training sessions, sales meetings, and projects to deepen your knowledge of CMSU products, sales processes, and customer relationship management.

Collaborate with Regional Life Cycle Sales Managers to identify and pursue IB targets based on provided business unit data to retain accounts and boost revenue.

Take ownership of assessing the feasibility of leads generated from various sources, including tradeshows and digital platforms, while tracking and reporting on related activities.

Work closely with key management to identify projects that could effectively penetrate targeted markets with a varied approach.

Provide quote assistance to Regional Life Cycle Managers, including preparation and presentation of proposals to potential customers.

Support efforts to enhance the quality of IB CRM data under the guidance of Regional Life Cycle Managers.

Share approved marketing content with customers to stimulate new upgrade or up trade opportunities.

Guide customers through the sales process from identifying opportunities to quoting and follow-up support.

Attend customer meetings and presentations as directed by the Regional Life Cycle Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to maintain a professional phone presence consistently.

Strategic thinker with a proven track record in achieving results in fast-paced environments.

Strong business and analytical skills to analyze customer utilization data and develop effective programs.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Cross-functional experience with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Service is preferred.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Bachelor's Degree required, with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Diagnostic Imaging or Healthcare industry, or equivalent education.

Pay Information: $30 hourly + Incentives
