The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager

to join a high-performing commercial team focused on the hospital sector in East Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic customer relationships across a portfolio of advanced medication management and infusion technologies. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and Marketing, you will drive sustainable business growth, identify new opportunities, and support hospitals in adopting innovative healthcare solutions.
This is a highly consultative sales role requiring strong stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with senior hospital leadership and decision-makers.
Territory - East Germany (covering Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, parts of Hesse & Thuringia, and Northern Bavaria) - This position must be based within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans across the assigned territory
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within hospitals and healthcare institutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, negotiations, and contract management
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensure successful implementation
Represent the company at industry events, congresses, and customer meetings
Deliver against sales and margin targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain strong market awareness and understanding of healthcare trends within the German hospital sector
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of sales experience within the German-speaking hospital market
Previous experience selling Medical Device/Technologies including capital equipment
Strong track record in strategic account development and relationship management
Technical or medical background with the ability to quickly understand complex products and solutions
Excellent knowledge of the German hospital landscape and customer purchasing processes
Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English
Comfortable working cross-functionally within international teams
Willingness to travel extensively across the region (approximately 70%)
Motivated, resilient, and results-oriented approach
