About Our Agency
I'm starting my 18th year as a State Farm agent and have been with the company for more than 24 years. Our team is made up of seven full-time members who are passionate about helping people and creating meaningful relationships with our customers. We offer health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off, along with a work environment that's both hardworking and supportive. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and am actively involved with Water Step, a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean drinking water worldwide. Our office has a great vibe, with a team ranging in age from early 20s to mid-50s (I'm the "old man" of the group). We stay busy, and we like it that way, but we also make time to celebrate both big wins and small successes. Life is too short to take too many things seriously, and family will always come first here. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
