This is a full-time, in-office role supporting the design and product development process fromconcept through production. This position requires a strong designer who can handle highoutput, tight timelines, and real-world product execution. (Responsibilities)Design and produce creative assets across digital, e-commerce, social, and marketingchannels with a focus on sportswear and fanwearExecute apparel and product design work from concept, research, and layout throughfinal production-ready filesSupport integrated campaigns by creating brand-aligned visuals, layouts, and designsystemsCreate accurate, production-ready artwork for both digital use and physical products,with strong attention to detail and consistencyCollaborate closely with design leadership, the Marketing Director, and cross-functionalpartners to translate creative direction into polished executionManage a high volume of design output while balancing multiple projects and firmdeadlines in a fast-paced environmentDevelop and maintain a cohesive and repeatable visual system for social media andmarketing graphicsProduce backend creative assets for social and marketing teams (not front-end postingor account management)Coordinate with the production manager to ensure designs translate correctly togarments, including color matching, materials, and print methodsParticipate in design reviews, workshops, and key milestones, contributing thoughtfulfeedback and strong craftsmanshipStay current on sportswear, fanwear, and apparel design trends, tools, and productiontechniques to continuously elevate outputQualifications2+ years of professional graphic design experience in a production-focused or brandenvironment, with a strong portfolioDemonstrated experience designing for apparel, merchandise, or physical products(sportswear or fanwear strongly preferred)Strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and compositionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and IllustratorProficiency in After Effects is a plus, but not requiredExperience preparing files for print or production; familiarity with apparel print methods isa plusStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and applyfeedback efficientlyAbility to concept quickly (sketches, mood boards) and carry ideas through to finalexecutionNutricost is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
