Etna Interactive is a remote‑first digital marketing agency seeking an Account Manager who thrives with a blend of ambition and structure. Candidates must reside in California, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, or Washington.
Responsibilities
Manage and guide client relationships and online marketing with a consultative approach.
Develop project scopes, marketing briefs, and assist in strategy development; secure approval and manage execution to achieve goals and objectives.
Manage client budgets and creative approvals.
Lead reporting on success metrics, internal tracking documents, and quarterly client reports.
Partner with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Development, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, tactics, and campaigns.
Secure client approvals on scope of work, estimates, invoices, and update status/revise scopes as needed.
Translate client requests, technical requirements, and data into effective tickets and scopes of work; communicate expectations.
Analyze data and account performance, report to clients monthly.
Build and present client-facing seasonal marketing plans.
Present new marketing opportunities and recommended technical upgrades.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–4 years of agency or client‑based account management experience (internet marketing, paid media, medical device sales, SaaS).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field preferred.
Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical management approach with a focus on building partnerships.
Ability to manage day‑to‑day relationships with multiple clients.
Knowledge of online marketing and advertising practices.
High professional ethical standards.

Budget development and oversight experience.
Strong emotional intelligence (EQ); self‑driven and able to manage own book of business.
