Sales Coordinator | Showroom Assistant
Our client, a growing brand, is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Showroom Assistant to support showroom operations and the broader sales function.
Responsibilities
Take detailed notes during buying meetings and assist with follow-ups
Maintain showroom organization, merchandising, and overall presentation
Raise and manage purchase orders
Support the CEO and Merchandise Manager with day-to-day tasks
Create and update sales materials and sales packs
Assist with sample tracking and showroom logistics
Handle ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
13+ years of relevant experience in sales, showroom, or wholesale support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Interest in fashion, retail, or wholesale environments preferred
