Senior Account Executive / Director, Sales - Florida

We are seeking a high‑impact sales professional to drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts. This role is designed to flex between a Senior Account Executive and Director, Sales based on candidate experience, strategic capability, and leadership scope. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven seller who can both execute day‑to‑day revenue generation and, at the senior level, lead strategic account development and large‑scale partnerships.
Major Goals and Objectives

Revenue Growth & Client Management – own and achieve annual revenue targets ($3MM+ for SAE; $5MM+ for Director)
New Business Development – prospect and develop new business across B2B and B2C categories, maintain an active sales pipeline, and engage decision‑makers
Strategic Selling & Insights – leverage data, research, and industry insights to develop customized proposals and presentations
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – partner with internal teams, contribute to integrated media plans, and ensure seamless campaign execution
Reporting & Operations – maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, performance tracking, and provide regular updates on revenue and account status
Director‑Level Additional Responsibilities

Lead revenue and strategic account growth, including shaping account and territory strategy
Engage C‑suite and enterprise‑level decision‑makers, structure complex multi‑year partnerships, and represent the organization at industry events
Influence cross‑functional direction, mentor junior sales team members, and provide strategic input on product positioning and go‑to‑market efforts
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience:
Senior Account Executive – 5‑7 years selling Ad‑Tech solutions and digital media; proven track record exceeding $3MM–$5MM in revenue
Director, Sales – 10+ years in Ad‑Tech, digital advertising sales, account management, or media partnerships; managing $5MM+ annually and exceeding goals
Experience working with agencies and direct brand clients, new business development with six‑ and seven‑figure accounts, programmatic advertising, intent targeting, audience‑based marketing
History of cultivating C‑suite relationships and presenting to senior executives
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications, and Abilities

Business development specialist with ability to grow client and agency relationships through prospecting and engagement
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and consultative, insight‑driven sales approach
Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self‑starter, highly driven, entrepreneurial, and strong work ethic
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities; thrives in collaborative, competitive, fast‑paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Other Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license required
Travel: Approximately 40%
