PrideStaff is seeking a Staffing Business Development Associate / Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, goal‑oriented individual with a demonstrated success or propensity for selling, negotiating, influencing and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced business environment.
Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding our existing client base. In this role you will make phone calls and in‑person sales calls to generate orders from clients.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Negotiating service rates and direct hire fees with clients
Attending meetings, trade shows, and events
Planning and documenting all business development activities
Assisting with recruiting and placement activities as necessary
Job Requirements
As a Business Development Associate, you must have a strong sales, marketing or customer service background. Minimum 2 years of inside or outside sales experience with a proven track record is required. We are looking for someone with high energy and a strong desire to succeed.
Sales, marketing or customer service experience
Strong time management and problem‑solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
