Associate Brand Manager – Adult Nutrition – Media
Our location in Columbus, OH, has an opportunity for an Associate Brand Manager – Adult Nutrition – Media in our Nutrition Division. The nutrition business develops science‑based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for managing and implementing business strategies and tactics to effectively support delivery of business objectives, including share growth, net sales, and profit margin for the Adult Nutrition business. Additional responsibilities include strategic and tactical planning, agency leadership, brand performance analysis, reporting findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership, project management, fiscal management, and contingency planning.

What You'll Work On

Lead the oversight and delivery of brand media and content insights.

Develop media and content frameworks to accelerate response to digital consumer trends.

Measure performance of media and content plans and proactively recommend action to continuously improve ROI.

Manage media investments and adjust based on in‑market tactic evaluation to maximize performance against expectations and business objectives.

Leverage real‑time dashboards to track paid media, real‑time content insights, and brand KPIs across platforms.

Partner with agency and analytics partners to help quantify media impact and content choices on consumer behavior and brand portfolio sales.

Develop post‑campaign reporting that captures creative performance, audience resonance, and conversion trends.

Share insights to support leadership reviews and agency performance discussions.

Partner with media, content, and creative teams to develop testing frameworks, including A/B and geo‑lift tests.

Demonstrate a strong interest in understanding and socializing emerging digital trends relevant to the brand portfolio.

Identify opportunities to increase brand exposure and engagement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields.

2+ years of experience in health care/OTC digital marketing, consumer packaged goods marketing, or a combination of the two.

In‑depth knowledge of digital media and passion for emerging digital trends.

Experience working with agency, insights, and analytics partners.

Financial and budget management experience and skills.

Resourceful marketer with the independence to find solutions to business problems and then act on them to drive results.

Strong insights‑driven decision making, analytical skills and KPI tracking capabilities.

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.

Ability to translate insights into actions & brand implications.

Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly, clearly, concisely, and confidently with senior leadership to influence business strategy and investment decisions.

Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to attain business objectives.

Applies data to support business decisions, strategies, contingency plans, and to provide direction to others.

Willing to support others and share best‑practices.

Strong time management, organizational skills, and diligence.
