The Opportunity

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales performance through strategic territory leadership, pipeline development, account growth, and execution excellence.

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on developing business, supporting field execution, and partnering closely with Area Sales Managers to drive consistent sales growth across the region.

Success in this role requires a strong balance of leadership, accountability, coaching, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to maximize territory performance, strengthen customer partnerships, and achieve overall regional sales objectives.

What You'll Do

Drive Regional Sales Growth

Lead sales activities focused on expanding existing business while developing new market opportunities

Support pipeline generation and prospecting efforts across competitive accounts and targeted non-core customers

Partner with Area Sales Managers to execute strategic growth initiatives and territory development plans

Drive revenue growth through strong field engagement, accountability, and performance management

Lead Territory Execution

Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly business plans designed to maximize customer engagement and selling effectiveness

Ensure strong pipeline progression and consistent sales activity throughout the region

Conduct joint field visits, customer meetings, presentations, and strategic account reviews

Partner closely with Regional Sales Leadership to execute sales strategies and achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives

Build Strong Customer Relationships

Develop trusted relationships with physicians, providers, administrators, and executive decision-makers

Support complex sales opportunities and help navigate multi-level buying processes

Represent the Lumenis brand with professionalism, urgency, and credibility

Drive Operational Excellence

Forecast regional sales activity and submit timely reporting updates

Maintain visibility into territory performance, opportunity management, and pipeline health within Salesforce

Utilize data and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps

Stay Connected to the Industry

Attend industry events, trainings, trade shows, and company meetings

Travel throughout the assigned region to support team development and customer growth opportunities

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

2+ years of sales leadership or high-performing outside sales experience

Strong background in B2B, capital equipment, or medical device sales preferred

Demonstrated track record of achieving quota and driving sales growth

Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholder relationships

Strong leadership, coaching, and team collaboration skills

High level of accountability, professionalism, and follow-through

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

Salesforce or CRM experience preferred

Valid driver's license and ability to utilize personal vehicle for business travel

Additional Information

This position requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned region and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and industry events.
