Production Technician

Entry-Level Opportunity in Concord, NH

1st shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm $20.00-$21.00/hr.
2nd shift - 3:30pm to 12:00am $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
Engage in hand assembly of various sub-systems and components.
Learn to read, interpret, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
Gain experience in operating manual hand tools and power tools during assembly and validation work.
Operate material handling equipment as required, with training and certification provided.
Develop basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose system, sub-system, and ancillary component issues during manufacturing.
Follow all environmental health and safety regulations at work, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
Maintain proper housekeeping to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
Complete manufacturing documentation as required during work.
Develop a high degree of manual dexterity.
Gain comfort and experience in operating hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
Be willing to work overtime as assigned and commit to a flexible work schedule based on manufacturing demand.
Learn to operate a computer effectively.
Focus on quality and detail-oriented tasks.
Be a team player with a positive communication style.
Stand for long periods of time.
Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational education/training is preferred.
One year of experience in a manufacturing assembly position is beneficial but not required.
Preemployment drug test and background check are required.
