Key Responsibilities

Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets.
Inspire a consumer‑centric mindset within the store and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
Under the direction of the Store Manager, assist in supervising and coaching a high‑performing team and provide sales‑related feedback.
Ensure all company and store policies and procedures are followed and delegate tasks to associates as needed to maintain operational excellence.
Lead a productive environment by driving customer engagement on the sales floor and providing coaching and feedback to associates.
Assist in managing labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity.
Report concerns directly to the Store Manager.
Lead by example, promote an inclusive store environment, and contribute to great consumer experiences in all situations.
Qualifications

1+ years relevant professional or retail management experience.
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
Standing required for the entire work shift.
Bending, lifting, opening, and moving product up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams, coaching and motivating a team to excel at sales and profit results, proven communication skills, being solution oriented, and ability to be flexible in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Requirements

Standing required for the entire work shift.
Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed).
Compensation and Incentives

Hiring Range: $21.00 - $27.72 USD per hour. This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
