Field Service Representative I
Job Summary
The Field Service Representative I position is responsible for providing reverse pharmaceutical services to Pharma Logistics customers in their assigned territory.
Job Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Complete responsibility for servicing accounts in an assigned territory
Coordinate and book travel to perform service events to meet and exceed customer expectations
Maintain Pharma Dispatch compliance
Accurate recording of pharmaceutical inventory via laptop computer
Package pharmaceutical products into shipping boxes
Coordinate shipping arrangements with FedEx and UPS
Meet or exceed assigned KPI/Metrics based on service quality, customer feedback, and overall productivity
Ensure timely and appropriate communication with all key stakeholders and customers
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and current customers to drive best‑in‑class customer satisfaction
Manage and maintain expenses
Up to 75% daytime and overnight travel
Ability to meet client needs through a high level of travel
Other ad hoc projects & reports

Beneficial Education, Skills, And Experience
Proven track record in providing superior service to multiple accounts in a multi‑city territory
Experience performing multiple service calls on a daily basis
Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances
Required Education, Skills, And Experience
High school or GED diploma or equivalent work experience
Minimum 4 years of industry or equivalent experience
Must be able to work remotely and in a self‑motivating capacity
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and MS Office
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying urgency
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Self‑starter and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Work Environment
This position will require the Pharmer to work remotely, in their home office, travel using a car (personal or rented) and customer facilities. This includes being subject to both environmental conditions. Customer facilities will include retail and hospital pharmacies, where space is limited. Pharma Logistics has no control over the customer facilities and Pharmers may work in areas where they are subject to noise, close quarters, small enclosed rooms, or poorly ventilated areas. The Pharmer will be required to travel with their own equipment, including boxes, computer, printer, scanner, paper, tamper‑evident bags, markers, and pelican case. The Pharmer will be handling pharmaceutical products at all times while on customer sites, which includes hazardous and controlled substances (liquid, pill, powder and vials with needles). Personal protective equipment will be provided and must be worn at all times to prevent exposure to hazardous product. While traveling via car, Pharmers must be diligent and aware of their surroundings at all times in order to drive defensively.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this role, the Pharmer is required to stand for a minimum of 8 hours a day; talk and hear; and use hands to handle, or touch objects or controls. This is accompanied by the need to walk as well. The Pharmer will also be required to stoop, bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, or reach above the shoulders. The Pharmer must frequently push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 pounds. The Pharmer will also be required to travel with their own equipment, including boxes, computer, printer, scanner, paper, tamper‑evident bags, markers, and pelican case. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus. Pertinent product information may be small, requiring the ability to adjust and focus vision from product to computer and vice versa. The Pharmer will also be required to spend time in a vehicle to travel from site to site, including day and nighttime travel. May be required to travel via airplane.
