Technical Product Owner, AVP

Collaborate with product owners and other technical teams to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap, utilizing the bank’s technologies to support product development.
Accountabilities

Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owners and technical teams.
Support development and implementation of product strategy and vision.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and feasibility.
Develop and implement assessments for continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
Monitor product performance to identify optimisation opportunities meeting bank performance standards.
Stay abreast of industry technology trends and evaluate new approaches to improve product development.

Responsibilities

Architect and deliver end-to-end fintech platforms, scalable microservices, and cloud-native deployments.
Own product roadmap for securitized products, prioritizing features based on quantitative impact, regulatory alignment, and technical feasibility.
Lead Agile and DevOps transformation: enforce sprint ceremonies, CI/CD best practices, automate delivery pipelines.
Enforce engineering discipline through standardized JIRA workflows, velocity tracking, and story point estimation.
Operate monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, etc.) to guarantee high availability and comply with SLAs.
Translate complex financial use cases into executable technical artifacts; align cross-functional teams on epics and user stories.
Drive enterprise-wide collaboration across trading, operations, engineering, support, and governance teams.
Operationalize data-driven decision making: query MongoDB, script validations, use Excel macros to analyze KPIs.
Lead quality engineering, coordinate testing, regression planning, API validation, data debugging.
Deliver executive-level reporting, real-time dashboards, system integration maps, and institutionalize DevOps practices.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $166,000 – $175,000 per year (base only). Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, paid leave, and incentive award. Hybrid telecommute eligible.
