About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Talent Manager to support gaming creators and deliver smooth, successful campaigns for our clients. This role centers on fast, clear communication—keeping creators informed, keeping clients updated, and ensuring all deliverables are executed on time.

Key Responsibilities
Creator & Client Communication

Act as the main point of contact for creators and clients.

Communicate quickly and clearly to keep campaigns moving.

Deliver briefs, deadlines, and updates in a simple, actionable format.

Resolve issues immediately and keep all parties aligned.

Talent Management

Scout and onboard new creators that fit brand needs.

Support creators through sponsorships, activations, and deliverables.

Provide guidance to help creators improve content and performance.

Campaign Execution

Coordinate creator deliverables and ensure all requirements are met.

Track progress daily and ensure timelines stay on schedule.

Review content for accuracy and brand guideline alignment.

Report performance and deliverable status to clients.

Internal Collaboration

Maintain organized trackers, communication logs, and CRM updates.

Work closely with internal teams to execute multi-creator and client campaigns.
