Job Details
Adesso Bakeshop is a fast-growing Brooklyn bakery making sourdough cookies, Italian amaretti, and mochi brownies. We sell at Fort Greene Market on Saturdays, pop-up at Sociale in Carroll Gardens on Sundays, and ship online orders through our Shopify store.
We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help us create better photo, video, design, and written content this summer.
This role is a good fit for someone who loves food, social media, photography, video, writing, design, and small brands with personality. You will help us capture what is already happening at Adesso: baking, packing, markets, pop-ups, product drops, customer moments, and behind-the-scenes work.
We want someone who can help us not only make content, but also come up with creative ideas for posts, videos, campaigns, and ways to tell the Adesso story.
This is a hands-on creative role. Some work can be done remotely, but you will also need to come to the kitchen, markets, and pop-ups, and other locations to take photos and shoot video.
Schedule
Flexible part-time summer schedule.
Estimated 10-20 hours per week, depending on availability and workload.
Some possible work times:
Weekly content planning meeting
Thursday or Friday evening kitchen content capture
Saturday Fort Greene Market visits
Sunday Sociale pop-up visits
Remote editing, writing, photo/video shoots, and design work
We can build a schedule based on availability.
