Responsibilities
Build, drive, and optimize Amazon and Walmart Search marketing campaigns within specialized channels (DSP, Amazon Search, Walmart, Criteo) to meet and exceed client goals, measured by conversion rates, ROI, and other performance metrics.
Foster strong working relationships with top-tier clients through effective communication across virtual, asynchronous, and in‑person interactions, aiming for a client satisfaction score of 9 or above and client retention of 95% or above.
Develop sophisticated, impactful omnichannel commerce media strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals and challenges, ensuring sustainable growth, retention, and profitability targets.
Identify new marketing opportunities and repurpose existing strategies to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume across commerce media platforms, measured by growth in sales volume and brand visibility.
Integrate Tinuiti’s product and technology suite into channel activations, focusing on scalability, growth, and efficiency, and measuring success through achievement of key client and channel‑specific metrics.
Demonstrate fluency in Tinuiti's product app suite, utilizing it in day‑to‑day work, answering client questions, providing feedback, and leveraging it as a primary method of client communications.
Analyze cross‑channel data and insights to interpret trends, make strategic recommendations, and ensure alignment with client KPIs and the broader commerce media landscape.
Achieve Same Store Growth targets for managed or supported clients using data‑driven decision‑making to optimize campaign performance.
Maintain expert‑level knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms, proactively educating clients and internal colleagues on updates, benefits, and best practices, and keeping annual certifications current.
Contribute innovative thought leadership within the vertical/channel and the broader commerce media landscape, advancing agency best practices and contributing insights internally and externally.
Collaborate effectively with other channel specialists to share knowledge and best practices, fostering a multi‑channel approach to client strategies.
Effectively delegate across commerce team members to execute strategies.
Proactively assess and diagnose omnichannel opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets.
Prioritize and manage time across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives to ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives.
Take ownership of assigned accounts by proactively managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring deliverables are quality‑checked, and consistently monitoring performance to confirm the account is running as intended.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in commerce media, paid commerce, or senior media planning roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with monthly budgets.
Experience with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, and others.
Experience with Skai, AnalyticIndex, Pacvue, Helium10 preferred.
