development/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pRespond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage./ppEvaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition./ppLoad, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project./ppEffectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors./ppMaintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process./ppPerform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up/ph3Position Requirements/h3pValid drivers license/ppWillingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays./ppPrevious experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred./ppIICRC certification is a plus./ph3Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies/h3pAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance./ppAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)/ppAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects./ppAbility to work with/around cleaning agents./p/div
