Sales Coordinator at AssetMark. Hybrid work schedule available for candidates based in Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities
Generate and manage financial reports for the sales team.
Perform maintenance and administration tasks within Salesforce.
Order marketing materials for advisors, prospective advisors, and the sales team.
Execute call campaigns to drive participation in conferences, webinars, and regional events.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team’s goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance field. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Compensation
Base salary range: $45,000 – $50,000. Eligible for a comprehensive sales incentive package and competitive benefits.
