Key Responsibilities
Lead post-production editing for a variety of content types, including narrative pieces, energetic promotional edits, and social-first campaigns.
Deliver high-quality edits on tight timelines for digital and social channels.
Turn creative ideas into compelling visual narratives.
Develop edits with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and audience engagement.
Integrate motion graphics and animation to strengthen storytelling and enhance production value.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative concept development.
Build presentation decks and communicate creative ideas effectively to stakeholders.
Manage projects from initial concept through final execution independently.
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and high production standards across all deliverables.
Support and elevate the overall creative quality of the team’s output.
Experience
7–10+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or content production, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team.
Background producing content across brand, digital, and social platforms.
A strong portfolio that showcases storytelling ability, editing versatility, and dynamic pacing across formats.
Skills
Deep understanding of editing rhythm, pacing, and audience retention.
Advanced proficiency with editing and motion software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
Experience incorporating animation and motion graphics into content.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.
Excellent presentation and deck creation abilities.
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines.
