We’re seeking an experienced Video Production Specialist to lead the creation of high-quality video content across internal communications and external marketing efforts. This role requires a proven ability to independently manage the full production lifecycle—from concept development through final delivery—while adapting to evolving priorities and timelines.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead end-to-end video production, including planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery
Produce compelling content for internal communications, marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual stories
Own all technical aspects of production including lighting, audio, camera operation, and on-location setup
Edit video using professional tools, incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and color correction
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Maintain organized workflows, media libraries, and project files
Contribute creative direction and continuously improve production quality and storytelling
Step in to support broader creative or production needs when required

For This Role, You Will Need:
3–5+ years of professional video production experience , with a strong portfolio demonstrating both shooting and editing work
Demonstrated experience owning projects from concept through completion
Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
Strong technical expertise in lighting, sound recording, and camera operation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience working with both structured productions and dynamic, unscripted content
Legal Authorization to work in the US - visa sponsorship will not be provided
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience creating content for both internal audiences and external marketing campaigns
Motion graphics and animation skills
Familiarity with brand storytelling and content strategy
Photography experience
