Digital Marketing Leader
Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Leader, where you will spearhead innovative digital marketing strategies for various clients across multiple industries. This role requires a passionate individual who can effectively manage a team while collaborating on exciting projects that involve search marketing, social media, email marketing, and lead management.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with clients and team members to formulate detailed plans and briefs that define cohesive digital marketing strategies, including campaign goals, target demographics, key messaging, program timelines, recommended interactions, and performance metrics while adhering to budget constraints.
Execute email marketing campaigns by developing HTML emails, managing databases, conducting data queries, and providing thorough post-campaign analysis.
Conduct regular reporting and performance tracking across all digital platforms, effectively interpreting results, communicating insights, and identifying any issues that may arise.
Continuously assess and enhance SEO strategies to uncover actionable insights and develop programs aimed at improving search rankings, increasing website traffic, and enhancing customer engagement.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Instagram to support key initiatives, promotional campaigns, and viral marketing efforts.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, media representatives, and industry analysts.
Draft compelling press releases, case studies, and articles to amplify brand messages.
Stay informed on the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing to maintain the company’s cutting‑edge positioning.
Requirements
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media is desired.
In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the technical components of interactive marketing strategy, including website design, usability, CRM systems, SEO/SEM, web analytics, email marketing, and emerging educational technologies.
Strong familiarity with various social media platforms and a track record of successful digital campaigns.
Proficient understanding of digital media and social media metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.
Proven presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating creative concepts.
Experience with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and web‑based marketing tools.
Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining deadlines and managing priorities efficiently.
Benefits
Salary Range: $45,000 to $70,000 Annually
Hours Per Week: Full‑time Position
