You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking players, assisting with their inquiries and ensuring a high‑quality player experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional player support in German through various communication channels including email and chat

Assist players with game‑related questions, technical issues, and account management

Resolve player concerns quickly and efficiently to enhance player satisfaction

Document player interactions accurately to support service improvements

Collaborate closely with developers and community teams to convey player feedback

Stay informed about Riot Games' titles, updates, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance

Requirements

Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous

Previous experience in customer or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry, is beneficial

Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
