Job Overview
The Digital Sales Coordinator is responsible for day‑to‑day activities and support of existing sales accounts. The role involves collaborating with internal departments and working closely with brands such as Puma, Skechers, Hurley, Champion, Avalanche, and Lemon Collections to execute and maintain the needs of sales executives. The coordinator is expected to be positive, high‑energy, and results‑oriented.

What Will You Do

Assist the Director with all aspects of the sales process including order entry, reporting & analytics, inventory tracking, and product assortment.

Submit orders & projections to EDI/Order entry teams.

Assist sales executives in general order management, reviewing order details daily to ensure accuracy against vendor commitments and purchase orders.

Act as liaison between sales executives and various departments within the organization.

Run daily open‑order reports to confirm orders are allocated against on‑hand and/or future WIP.

Identify and resolve oversold and shortage issues in collaboration with the Director.

Develop and maintain working relationships with accounts daily.

Communicate with warehouse and EDI team on all orders to ensure the extremely tight turnaround time is met.

Review inventory & assortments with Sales and Merchandising for NuOrder.

Assist in uploading, editing, and feeding data from Exenta to NuOrder to onboard product to the site.

Manage site experience of product, content, images and copy to ensure best‑in‑class customer shopping experience.

Seek and document site issues for potential improvements.

Analyze sales and site data analytics to understand user behavior and insights, recommending improvements to site engagement and sales.

Work collaboratively with Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to optimize the site.

Contribute new ideas to management that foster client success.

Perform any other duties as assigned to support company needs and operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and 1‑2+ years of work experience in sales, logistics, marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient computer skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and database systems.

Working knowledge of NuOrder or a similar B2B system.

Proactive, ownership‑driven approach to projects, ensuring all tasks are fully completed.

Strong business judgment, sense of urgency, and ability to work independently under critical time frames, managing multiple assignments and taking initiative.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of management and cross‑functional partners.

Strong organizational skills, handling multiple tasks and workload seamlessly with keen attention to detail and follow‑up.

Extremely flexible and adaptable in completing a diverse range of assignments in a timely manner, prioritizing projects and adjusting to change.

Experience working in a fast‑paced environment and applying good work habits to complete assigned tasks and contribute to smooth operation.
