The Dynata Account Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring outstanding customer results in their day-to-day project-level needs. Moving beyond responsiveness, the Account Manager builds relationships, anticipates client needs and constantly seeks creative solutions.
Responsibilities

Day-to-day primary interface with customers
Develop and deliver quotes to customers
Coordinate with Delivery to transition accepted customer quotes into field surveys
Support Account Directors in their account interactions
Solicit business from accounts not specifically assigned to Account Directors and additional business from assigned accounts when interacting with them
Master of Dynata products, services, pricing, and how to apply these to satisfy client needs and fulfill project requirements
Manage great customer relationships built on trust and a history of excellent results
Be highly responsive to customer needs and pull resources as appropriate to ensure we land and execute a bid to the client’s satisfaction
Ensure that no clients fall through the cracks
Expert at discovery and understand client needs beyond the details of a quote, leveraging knowledge to uncover additional needs we can meet
Maximise efficiency by executing bids effectively
Drive outstanding outcomes through seamless collaboration and communication with larger sales and client service teams
Always seek competitive insights and intelligence to inform the company of challenges and opportunities in the marketplace
Prepare for objections and demonstrate understanding of concerns
Provide proof to address/minimize objections

Experience

4+ years of work experience in sales or account management

The base salary range for this position is $50K-$65K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full‑time employment status. The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets; plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview.
