What You’ll Do

Deliver persuasive sales presentations to commercial customers
Cross‑sell pest and lawn services to existing clients
Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries
Execute a high volume of outbound and follow‑up calls
Close deals and meet monthly sales targets for pest, lawn, and termite services
Accurately measure properties and prepare detailed service proposals
Maintain strong customer relationships post‑sale and encourage referrals
Collect competitive intelligence and share insights with your team
Work with urgency, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior Commercial Pest Control experience
Excellent communication skills; ability to build trust quickly and close deals
Self‑motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about a fast‑paced environment
Ability to learn technical service information and communicate it clearly
Clean‑cut, professional image with high integrity and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently, driving extensively, and spending time outdoors
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening
