Role
Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth across key markets. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering revenue against targets. Basic salary (listed) with commission.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research, deliver pitches and proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding.

Generate new business and manage end-to-end sales cycles.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.

Achieve sales targets and pipeline KPIs.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and account management teams.

Qualifications

Pro‑active, target‑driven, and confidently engaging with clients at all levels.

Proven sales or business development experience.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.

Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and commercially minded.

Experience using CRM systems (desirable).

Degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.

Sales training or certifications (e.g., ISM) beneficial but not required.
